Our Story
Ladies in Business Network SA was founded in 2016 by Mahlogonolo Johanna Lediga with a vision to create a platform where women could connect, learn, grow and support one another in business.In 2021, Prudence Maria Ramanyoga joined as Co-founder and Director, strengthening the organisation’s operations, governance, partnerships and growth.The network was born from the understanding that many women have valuable skills, God-given talents and strong business ideas, but often lack the practical knowledge, supportive networks, resources and opportunities required to build sustainable businesses.What began as a platform for women to connect has grown into a purpose-driven business community offering practical skills development, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, networking, market exposure and collaborative opportunities.Over the years, Ladies in Business Network SA has expanded its impact through networking events, business workshops, training programmes, market exhibitions, strategic partnerships and the HerBiz Online Market Place.Our journey has been shaped by faith, resilience, collaboration and a commitment to helping women recognise their potential and confidently pursue their God-given purpose.
